We offer 2 newly built apartment for up to 7 people.
We are about 800m from the outskirts of Rust towards Grafenhausen. In one of 4 Aussiedlerhöfe "Eichholz".
The former "Mohrenstall" has been expanded into 2 cozy apartments, where we invite you to come and relax.
Parking is available in front of the house (entrance).
The ground floor in both apartments consists of the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
Room 1 with double bed for 2 people.
Room 2 with a bunk bed.
Romm 3 with a bun bed (below 140 x 200 cm, above 90 x 200 cm).

The Aussiedlerhöfe "Eichholz" were purchased in 1959/1960 by 4 families.
The Schoch family built one of the farms and is now in the 3rd generation. Agriculture was completely abandoned in 2018.
Only our chickens and a rooster have remained and our dog.
We are located about 800 meters from the outskirts of Rust (direction Grafenhausen). Our community is famous for the Europa-park amusement park.
Your hot water is obtained through our solar system (heating support).
Due to the proximity to France (Voges) and the Black Forest, our apartments are suitable for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. (The Jakobsweg Baden leads directly past our house Source: http://www.jakobswege-europa.de/wege/baden-elsass.htm)
A quick daytrip to the European city of Strasbourg or visit the Black Forest, Freiburg even discover romantic Alsace.
Bikers are welcome, please contact us prior to arrival concerning parking your bikes securely.
Eat Drink
In the apartment are fully equipped kitchens (stove /
Micro oven / dishwasher).
You can prepare a meal for yourself and your loved ones, or you can dine in one of the many restaurants in the area.
